Junior Graphic Designer
In this role, you'll:
- Execute designs under the supervision of an Art Director, complete updates to existing pieces, and support senior-level designers.
- Work alongside Art Directors to complete design work, following feedback and instructions to ensure alignment with brand guidelines and regulatory standards.
- Learn and apply Maven's proofing process and PAAB guidelines.
- Prepare and organize production documents and maintain clean file structures.
- Continue developing your technical and creative skills through collaboration and training.
You might be a great fit if you have:
- 1+ years of experience in graphic design.
- A degree, diploma, or certificate in graphic design, visual communication, or a related field.
- Proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign).
- Exceptional attention to detail and a strong commitment to design quality.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills in a remote work environment.
- A portfolio showcasing a range of design work (both print and digital).
Bonus qualifications (not required):
- Experience with PAAB regulatory design guidelines.
- Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Microsoft PowerPoint or Figma.
- Previous experience working with French language designs (fluency in French is not required).
- Adaptability with task management software.

- Maven is a fully remote agency based in Canada.

- $750 annual professional development allowance.
Compensation
- $45,000 – $55,000 CAD per year, based on experience.
- Maven offers a discretionary, company-performance-based bonus program for all employees.
